Mixed ability classes are ideal for those clients who already familiar with Pilates Method, or are generally fit and well with no significant injuries. Modifications of the exercises are given to suit your individual needs. Some of the more advanced repertoire is introduced, but more gentle variations will always be offered.
Mixed Ability Classes - Zoom
Monday 7.15-8.15pm

This class is designed for clients who are familiar with Pilates. Clients with pre existing injuries or conditions are welcome, but be aware that due to the online/remote nature of the classes, that supervision, corrections and modifications may be limited.
Intermediate Pilates - Face to Face
Intermediate Pilates is suitable for clients who are familiar with Pilates, have developed good technique and are keen to be challenged with the more advanced repertoire. We work on controlled strengthening and endurance, however, modifications are always given where necessary, to support your individual needs.
Beginners / gentle paced (modified) Pilates
This class is perfect if you are keen to embark on an exercise programme, but are anxious about any pre-existing injuries or physical limitations, or if you just want to take things easy. The class works on improving balance, core stability and flexibility at a very gentle pace.
