Class Information
Our classes and one to one private sessions are held in our beautiful studio in the Boundstone area of Farnham (between Rowledge and Wrecclesham). The studio is light and airy and has underfloor heating. There is free parking available.
All equipment is provided, but you might want to bring a bottle of water and a small towel. You are advised to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Prior to commencing your first session, you will be asked to complete a Registration Form and Health Questionnaire.
