UPDATE - May 2021

Following the recent government announcements regarding the 'road map' out of lockdown, I'm delighted to confirm that face-to-face Pilates classes and private sessions have restarted.
Covid safe measures are in place - including limited class sizes, enhanced cleaning and hand sanitising.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is based on a set of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates, to work the whole body. The APPI method (Physio led Pilates ) uses modifications of the original exercises, aims to restore strength, flexibility and function and is especially helpful when recovering from injury.
