UPDATE - March 2021


Following the recent government announcements regarding the 'road map' out of lockdown, I'm delighted to confirm that I am aiming to re-open to face-to-face classes on May 17th.

 

The covid safe measures will remain in place (ie limited class sizes, enhanced cleaning and hand sanitising) until we are advised otherwise from Public Health England.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is based on a set of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates, to work the whole body. The APPI method (Physio led Pilates ) uses modifications of the original exercises, aims to restore strength, flexibility and function and is especially helpful when recovering from injury.
